Booking and Deposits
At Royal Casino Events, we understand that plans can change. We have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity for all our clients:
- All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: Full refund of any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund of any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation 14 days or less before the event: No refund will be provided.
Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- Rescheduling more than 30 days before the event: Your deposit and any payments can be transferred to a new date within 6 months of the original date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling 15-30 days before the event: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total event cost will apply, and the event must be rescheduled within 6 months of the original date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling 14 days or less before the event: A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total event cost will apply, and the event must be rescheduled within 6 months of the original date, subject to availability.
Weather and Force Majeure
In the case of severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) that prevent us from providing our services:
- We will make every effort to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date.
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.
Service Modifications
If you wish to modify your services after booking:
- Modifications more than 14 days before the event: We can accommodate most reasonable modifications. Additions are subject to availability. Reductions in services may be subject to our cancellation policy for those specific services.
- Modifications 14 days or less before the event: We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that all modifications will be possible. No refunds will be provided for reduced services.
Service Quality Guarantee
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality entertainment services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services during your event, please bring it to the attention of our on-site event manager immediately so we can address any issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction during the event, please contact us within 7 days after your event with details of the issue.
We will review all service quality concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial refunds or credits toward future services if we determine that our services did not meet reasonable standards.
How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be processed.
